Last week's outcast is now Manono's main man, and after losing two challenges in a row to the dysfunctional women, the Misfit/Average Joe alliance deferred to the Country Club Republican in selecting their first castoff.
The Boy King Matt (a doppelganger for "Game of Thrones'" Joffrey Baratheon) was not only cut down by the Colton Quintet -- even his Frat-Boy Alliance turned on him.
Whether it was his physical dominance, attitude or unhealthy obsession with poultry, Matt's was the third torch snuffed this season.

Speaking of fire snuffing ... the women got off to a miserable start tonight. Neither their fire nor their flimsy shelter could withstand the pounding rain and wind, while the men were warm and cozy under their tarp. After a night of soaked shivering, the women swallowed their pride and begged the men to let them warm up at their fire.
But maybe the cold sharpened the women's brains, because in the concentration/memory reward challenge they didn't allow the men to score a single point against them. (Kat, predictably, had to try seven times before she got it right, but she still beat Troyzan.) Jeff Probst, in snazzy non-chambray shirt, berated Manono this time, yelling during the challenge, "The men continue to be pathetic!"
So were the women, actually, as they begged the boys again to help them with fire and set back gender equality about 60 years by crying in the cold, "We're girls, we're not meant to be beaten down this well." They also turned in a pathetic performance in the blindfolded Immunity Challenge, but Sabrina made up for her feeble direction with a huge comeback, solving the final puzzle before Bill.

Bill's yo-bro-isms so infuriated Colton that he -- privately -- called him "ghetto trash" and suggested he should kill himself. (His "head on a platter" comment in next week's previews suggest that Bill won't endear himself to the Queen C.)
Cocky Matt tried to persuade Troyzan to abandon the "chickens": "I thought you were one of the roosters" he said to the unruffled Troyzan, who pretended to ally with the non-egg-laying faction. Matt called fowl on the other 'Zan man at Tribal Council, saying he wanted Tarzan "to talk turkey."
After assuring Jeff before the vote that he would play his Hidden Immunity Idol, Colton smugly kept it in his pocket and only received one vote -- from Matt.
"You pissed off the wrong queen," Colton said as he wrote Matt's name down, congratulating himself as the first pair of armor-plated pecs sauntered out of Tribal Council. (First stop: Roscoe's House of Chicken 'n Waffles.)

Helping Customers Throw Away Your Products Responsibly
Even if you sell the most eco-friendly products on earth, you can?t control how consumers eventually dispose of them. Do they end up in landfills? ?Get recycled? Donated or resold? Recyclable plastic, after all, does little good if consumers toss it in the trash can.
A good solution is to help your customers responsibly get rid of the products you sell. Not only are you helping the environment, but you?re likely helping your business? image by giving your eco-conscious customers a solution to a problem.
There are plenty of large companies that already do this in some form. Own a Brother printer? Instead of throwing old cartridges away, customers can print off a free shipping label at the company?s web site ?and send the cartridge back to them for recycling. Radio Shack stores collect old rechargeable batteries, and many Whole Foods take in used wine bottle corks and plastics that can?t always be recycled curbside.
But small businesses have just as many opportunities to implement such a program. A clothing boutique, for instance, might give a discount to customers who bring back unwanted used clothes and then donate them to charity. ?A dry cleaner might collect old hangers for reuse or recycling.
Here are some tips for encouraging responsible disposal:
- Consider a collection program. What waste is created by your products or services? Make it easy for customers to drop off products for reuse or recycling. You might even incentivize them to do so by giving them a discount or coupon. (Of course before you collect these items, you?ll have to figure out how you?re going to reuse or dispose of them responsibly. Check out Earth911 to find out about recycling programs in your area.)
- Find partners. ?Some small businesses may have trouble figuring out what to do with the stuff they collect, especially if recycling programs don?t exist in their community. A growing number of non-profits and businesses are helping dispose of used items. TerraCycle, a New Jersey-based business, uses local ?brigades? to collect hard-to-recycle waste items ? from candy wrappers to inkjet printer cartridges to MP3 players ? that are then used to make new items such as park benches and backpacks.
- ?Educate. Inform your customers about environmentally friendly alternatives to throwing items in the trash. If your business deals with a lot of paper, for instance, you might remind them to throw it in the recycle bin.? Sell food? Explain the benefits of composting ? or perhaps even give them a sheet on how to set up a backyard compost bin.
